We do not currently sell personal data and we do not currently use website contact-form data for third-party advertising.

Website enquiry records are generally kept for up to 24 months so we can manage follow-up conversations, respond to repeat enquiries and maintain business records. Where appropriate, enquiry data may also be retained in our CRM for ongoing customer relationship management, lettings administration and audit records. If an enquiry becomes a client, applicant, tenant or landlord matter, we may keep relevant data longer where required for contractual, legal or regulatory reasons.

We currently use Cloudflare Web Analytics, the Google tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking on this website.

That means:

  • We use the Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when website enquiries are submitted successfully and to assess advertising performance.
  • We are not currently running Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar remarketing tools on the live website files reviewed.
